GreenInfo Network maintains a professional but highly accessible approach to its client relationships. Here are some guidelines for working with us:

• Tell us what you need:  An email is often the best way to get started with us. Tell us who you are, what your needs are (project objective, intended audience, format of presenting your information – maps, images, web, personal meeting, etc. – and general range of budget). From there, a phone call or a meeting is a good next step. 
  
  
• Who to contact: General inquiries should be sent to: andwill be referred to appropriate staff. You can also review our staff list if you are trying to locate a specific person.
  
  
• Contracts:  While GreenInfo Network does develop and work with contracts, we often work from more informal agreements. Our usual approach is to bill for hourly time and direct expenses. In most cases, we will provide a general estimate of a “ceiling” for a project, but our experience is that many projects evolve considerably as the work progresses, which in turn revises the budget. However, we consult with you about this before it occurs. We are a CMAS-certified contractor for California state agencies.
  
  
• How long it takes and rush work:  Many projects can be done within a week or two, though larger ones can last several months. If you need something in a day or two, it may require a “rush” charge – talk to the staff member you are working with about this.
