Client:   The University of Florida Election Lab

The Election Lab at the University of Florida is a team of educators and learners who research voting and elections. They offer valuable insights into the voting process and elections in the United States. Their objective is to enhance people's comprehension of elections, identify methods to enhance voting and promote civic engagement.

We collaborated with the Election Lab to create a new website utilizing WordPress. Our team created two essential features: a data archive and custom WordPress "shortcodes."

The Election Lab has created some of the most important and widely-used election-related data for the United States, and the data archive makes it easy for users to find and download datasets made by the Lab.

The custom WordPress "shortcodes" we built are a suite of handy tools for showing data in a simple and understandable way. These shortcodes include maps, charts, and tables that can be filled with any data the Lab wants to show.

We helped the Election Lab display its data in a way that is easy for the public to understand. We're happy to have played a role in their mission to educate people about elections.
